Microsoft stealing my money??!?!

I bought Gamepass Ultimate (3 Months (I had payed for 1 month and was told I'd get 2 months for free)) and it worked flawlessly until I restarted my computer, nothing was working (The apps I had downloaded won't open) So I go to the xbox applications to see if I can download a new game but they all tell me to join game pass

I left it there after a few days though I went back to check if I had the subscription on my microsoft account but it had told me that I hadn't bought anything in the last 3 months and that my ultimate had expired on the 23rd of March, which is wrong cause I have my banking app which gives me proof that I bought it on the 26th June and by the 1st of July they had removed it, not even a week and they removed my gamepass ultimate entirely with no warning as to why...

I tried contacting support but they tell me to come here and look at other questions but it seems no one else has been scammed in this fashion by microsoft.

This happened to anyone else?

Any fixes?

You cannot turn off auto-renewal by email. Those emails don't ask you if you want to turn it off, they're just to inform you that you're going to be charged. The only way to turn off auto-renewal is to call customer support.

This *** happens to me and they took ym money and the time I paid for so what part of that doesn't say free money?

billing questions are best handled by phone support. I know you would prefer to give a kidney than deal with phone support but they are best equipped to handle your situation quickly.

Sorry to hear about the problems. So if you scroll to Settings, then select Account and choose Download History you don't show this as the top entry? If so then just click on it and select Download Again. If not then the good news is that since you have
the confirmation e-mail this will have the date and confirmation number. I would recommend contacting Microsoft Phone Support to either look at providing a refund so you can re-purchase or so
they can figure out what is going on. Let us know how things go.

Hiya,

Thank you for trying to help I guess I’ll need to get support from Microsoft but everytime I try with the get help app it tells me that “speaking with agents on chat or call isn’t available for this issue” what can I do to get support from Microsoft? If they just send me here where no one can really get behind the scenes and fix this?
