    I bought a package for 10.70 and never received the packaged and they wont refund me. They said ive had refunds to much. Its a joke and wont help me anymore. Stealing money during a pandemic.

    I dont think they are stealing your money and you shouldn't be using whats going on as a clutch to try to get your refund.

    No one looks at how many times you can get offered a refund for something microsoft didnt provide. I bought a game package for 10.70 and never got it in game. Theyre is a bug that wont allow me to buy in game items and that it just started to happen.
    They wont refund me.
