    Microsoft (Routers): Someone there?
    Now, that the connection problems from Microsoft Bingo seem to be fixed, there are still a lot problems left. Since 2 days now, I can't even get to the Store.

    Should we be sad, or should we be angry, or should we just say : OK, it's Microsoft, you can't expect more from this company??

    You cannot directly contact the Enforcement Team. Report them and select the offense that matches best with what occurred and add a comment. If there was a violation then the ET will take action towards that account. It may not happen instantly because they
    have many cases to review, so just sit tight after you report them.

    Also, be sure to block them as this ensures that you will not play with them in the future.

    You can't directly get to anyone about that, and I'm sorry. Your best bet is to explain it to the best of your abilities in the report and block the person who was harassing you or the person on who's behalf you are making the report for. You can try and
    go through the customer support window, provided below, but they'll just tell you to fill out a report. As sad as it is, cyber bullying on Xbox Live happens everyday. However, if there was a way to directly contact the Enforcement Team... that method of contact
    would most likely be swamped and abused by people. The report feature as it is, is partially flawed, is the best way to get a report through in a timely manner that can be looked at...

    You should feel empowered to report. If the problem is immediately serious local law enforcement should be contacted using their non-emergency number or some other online bullying hotline should be consulted.
