When you say it fails to load, can you describe to me what it does when you try to launch the app?

Brad, thank you for your help with the 1170000 error, issue resolved. Now, I have one more issue, please?? I cannot get Microsoft Mahjong to open up. When I open it, it says "loading and then it says "Sign In" "Sign In" continuously. I have uninstalled
it and reinstalled it twice. Please advise
