    Microsoft Soltaire Collection


    I have a problem with the Microsoft Solitaire Collection which fails to load. This has been the case since the last upgrade of Windows 8 and doesn't happen with any other application. I have deleted and re-installed the application to no avail.

    The details of my system are: Windows 8.1, Version 6.3 (Build 9600) on a
    Toshiba Satellite P855 running with an i5 processor at 2.5Ghz

    error code 1170000 always comes up when trying Solitude Collection

    have verified my Microsoft account, changed password but still no access. verified my Xbox account looks current with my username

    but still can't get signed into Microsoft Soltaire Collection games unless I play as a guess. damn nuisance.

    Microsoft casual games community.
    Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
    support sitefor the casual games you can look over also. Here is a explanation

    Brad, thank you for your help with the 1170000 error, issue resolved. Now, I have one more issue, please?? I cannot get Microsoft Mahjong to open up. When I open it, it says "loading and then it says "Sign In" "Sign In" continuously. I have uninstalled
    it and reinstalled it twice. Please advise
