Microsoft solitary collection and xbox live have error 124 & Not connecting to wifi

Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

I had the same problem, here's what worked for me: Open Microsoft Store, go to your Library and then Games, choose the game you want to play (or the Solitary Collection itself) and press Open/Play, then accept or deny cookies.

The game started for me when I did this and now I can open the Solitary Collection as normal. Hope this helps.

Yesterday I created a new user account, installed Mahjong, Solitarie Collection (error 002000) and Schuffle Party (error -2101608440) and, unfortunately, there are the same errors as Cody in my main account. That means no access to daily challenges to games.
