    I can start solitaire and then play any of the five games. Picking daily challenge shows loading then the app closes. I did update the system, uninstall and re-install and picking on daily challenge still will not start. I am running on an hp pc.

    Unfortunately it is a common problem. It has been reported and it has been acknoledged as such on the official Facebook page. The stated they are working on fix.

    "Update on the Daily Challenges issue: We have identified the cause and are working on a fix.

    Microsoft Daily Solitaire Challanges:

    I think if you disconnect from the internet, change your system clock you'll be able to redo that months challenges. Not 100% sure if it still works, but it used to.
