Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MS Solitaire collection. Since you've already paid for the premium, and now are not seeing that rating since reinstallation of the game, I
recommend that you ensure that you're signing into the game with the exact same credentials as you had prior to removing the game from your computer.

You can
view your purchase history in your account to ensure that the payment/purchase for that access is listed there:

1. Sign in to the
   Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account.
   
   Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
   Lost Account Solution or the
   Lost Password Solution.
2. Compare your purchase history to your bank or credit card statement.

If you do not see that purchase listed in the account, then you may have made the purchase under a different Microsoft Account. If you're unsure about whether or not you have a different MS Account, you can always
request a call back from Xbox Support and they'd be happy to help you out with finding that information, if possible.

In the Store & Games apps, hover over the charm bar on the right-hand side. Click on Settings. Then click on either Your Account (in the Store app) or Account (in the Games app). It will show you in this screen which account is logged in.
