Microsoft Solitaire won't logon to Xbox after adding new email to Microsoft account.

Ich besitze keine X-Box, verwende aber seit Jahren Microsoft Solitaire Collection, die anscheinend eine Xbox-Player-ID verwendet, die meinem langjährigen Microsoft-Konto zugeordnet ist. Besagtes Microsoft-Konto wurde mit einer E-Mail-Adresse erstellt, die bald zurückgezogen werden soll, also habe ich dem Konto eine neue E-Mail-Adresse hinzugefügt und diese primär gemacht.

Jetzt gibt Microsoft Solitaire einen Fehler aus, der besagt, dass es nicht mit Xbox Live-Diensten verbunden ist, sodass der Fortschritt nicht in der Cloud gespeichert wird. Zeigt immer noch meinen Playernnnnnnnnn in der oberen rechten Ecke an und zeigt immer noch alle Statistiken von vor dem Hinzufügen einer neuen E-Mail zum Microsoft-Konto.

Wie behebe ich das?

Have you tried removing your XBL profile from your console and then adding it back using only the new account credentials? If you haven't then that might help you out however I'd double check my Microsoft Account logon & email details on the web site first to ensure there is no sign of your old email address associated with your account.

You won't be able to use an email that has already a Microsoft account, during the adding alias process you need to create a new email or add a different one from a different platform but not one you have already use for a Microsoft account, if you change the alias you will keep the progress on games, but as you will be using a new email that's really not transferring content

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. In order to change the email to your Microsoft account, you would first have to add an alias (Email). After adding the new alias, you can make it the primary email. Once you have the new primary email, you can
remove the old one from your account.
