    Microsoft Solitaire Suggestion (Bug?) regarding the end of the month PERFECT earned sequence.


    Has anyone else noticed that at the end of the month, after you finish your 5th and final game and the coins are collected, the game immediately congratulates you on your PERFECT earned month prior to receiving your final batch of coins for completing all
    5 games for the day?

    I think the game should give you the coins for finishing all 5 games, THEN congratulate you on finishing the month with a PERFECT earned.

    I do want to purchase Premium. I was never asked if I wanted to purchase Premium. Remove it please

    I'm assuming this is in regards to Microsoft Solitaire, recently released on iOS? The premium was given to all those who downloaded it, from Microsoft, within the first month. It will then go away at the end of the month unless you choose to subscribe to
    it yourself.

    How does the timer work during the Events?

    I've experienced similar problems with Microsoft Solitaire on Windows 10. I'm pretty proficient, and have completed all the challenges 7 times so far. Tonight, when I went out to dinner, I had Solitaire running, but I was definitely NOT in a game when
    I left, and all the time in between was added to my cumulative time. Instead of getting the competitive cumulative time I earned, I'm dropped to the rear end of everyone with a perfect score.

    Reading several complaints on receiving this Error Code, the error occurs during the initial boot sequence and by the trace it appears this has been a known bug for at least 6-months.

    When does Microsoft plan to have a patch published?

    If Microsoft is not able to correct the boot sequence on some of these machines - what is the process of returning these machines for a replacement that includes the Call of Duty bundle and 1TB hard drive?

    What am I doing wrong?

    There is a well known bug in Solitaire that once you start playing, the timer keeps running BETWEEN games, even if you

    • exit from / close Solitaire
    • Log off of Windows
    • Even shut down your system!

    I personally reported this bug months ago, along with many other users. We can only take the fact that Microsoft has not bothered to fix it as an indication of how much they care about the satisfaction of their loyal customers.
