Microsoft Solitaire Premium Event Game

For the psat three or four days the Event game in Microsoft Solitaire Casual Game has been crashing. Unable to load. Just sits and spins. When it does load you can play one time and then it resets back to the home page. I have a premium subscription and I have done EVERYTHING that I can find to try to fix this issue. What am I supposed to do now. Do you all have a conflict between the Xbox game console and your game? Is this just something to get us to pay for the Xbox game pass, because if so I'll cancel all my premium subscriptions because this hassle is not worth it to me. Please let me know what to do now. I am running Windows 10 Pro.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

You're talking about Solitaire & Casual Games, right? You look like you're always loaded while playing.

You can search for this game directly in the taskbar and then select "App Settings", where you can try the "repair" and "reset" options.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it completely and then going back to the Microsoft Store to download it again.

Trying to make some changes to your DNS to try to stabilize the connection between your computer and Microsoft servers may alleviate this problem:

Win + Q to open the search box, enter 'ncpa.cpl', press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window, select your network adapter, right-click"Properties", double-click "Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IP)", then Set as shown below.

If it is convenient, you can also try to change the network environment of the device.

But if you find that after doing all this, you still can't play the card game properly, you may want to contact the game's support staff. I encourage you to visit the game's support website and submit your questions:

Solitaire Collection......Microsoft

Usually, until July 2020, there are Events including 30 games every other day.....now there are mini games every day.

I pay premium and these easy games are not worth it.

I want them to go back to the original format.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
