Microsoft Solitaire on iOS logs me in but doesn’t recognize my premium membership.

For the Microsoft Casual Suite specifically, Premium memberships are platform specific. That does mean that if you purchase, for example, a Microsoft Solitaire Premium membership on mobile, it does not transfer to the Windows PC version.

I would recommend checking for updates for your apps. If your phone is not set to auto update, it can cause issues with multiple apps.

Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Could be a quick fix if you haven't tried that already.

Reboot doesn’t help. I have this across all my iOS devices, no problem on Surface Laptop or Surface Duo. Sudoku has no problems, only Solitaire.

I'm assuming this is in regards to Microsoft Solitaire, recently released on iOS? The premium was given to all those who downloaded it, from Microsoft, within the first month. It will then go away at the end of the month unless you choose to subscribe to
it yourself.
