    Microsoft Solitaire is not accumulating my coins and has lost all of Feburay's coins...


    What happened to my coins?? Every time I do a Daily challenge - the coins are awarded only to erase when I win the next challenge. What i am trying to say is my winnings are not accumulation. Why?

    Husband's account is earning WAY more tokens than mine for the same challenges!

    My husband and I are both playing the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Daily Challenges. We've completed the exact same challenges and yet his account has 23,100 coins and mine only has 17250! That's a difference of 5850 coins - what's up with that!?!?

    2012-11-18 Klondike challenge glitched again

    Thank you. I played the new fixed challenge. Then exited to go do some work. Then when I restarted the Microsoft Solitaire game, all progress was lost and my coins too. Hope that will soon be fixed.

    Thank you. I played the new fixed challenge. Then exited to go do some work. Then when I restarted the Microsoft Solitaire game, all progress was lost and my coins too. Hope that will soon be fixed.

    Had built up my coins to 193000 and level 36 using the "Continue anyway" button. This morning, I lost all my coins and this afternoon, lost all my levels. When I started it again this afternoon am at Level 1 and coins 2930. Sigh!!!!!

    I have done the updates and still lost everything from Jan. and March. I've restarted my computer several times and still no medals (gold for both of those months) and have lost all the coins. Why does this happen on Solitaire, but not Majhongg???

    Looks like they may have fixed the sync problem. Just went in to try it and the message is not there anymore. Still lost all of my coins though. If they can't get your original coins back, we may have to start from scratch again. Ah well, just like xmas,

    Same thing! And this is recently after I lost my already purchased items and coins! Not at all pleased with this. A week later I'm still waiting on a reply from support re: the lost packs and coins.
