    Microsoft Solitaire Games won't start


    Running windows 10 pro on a PC. I do not have an X Box. Up until recently (about 4 days ago), I was able to click on the App (via tablet mode) and the games would start. However now clicking on the icon and nothing happens. All of the other apps (icons work
    fine). Can anyone help? I have tried the various tolls with no success.

    When I start the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app on my Samsung Galaxy S7, it won't let me sign into xbox live, and gives me the error code 1170000.

    I had exactly the same problem on a Windows 10 machine, but your workaround did the trick. It's curious why the game won't start from the Solitaire Collection, but will do from Microsoft Store. Many, many thanks!

    Not Working

    I'm running a Toshiba Satellite L305 laptop. Windows 8 is up to date. When I click on the item in the Start screen, the Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen comes up and sits there for a few seconds, then returns to the Start screen. If I click on the Games
    icon on the Start screen and then choose Solitaire from there, the game comes up to the last game I played but won't let me continue. Also, when starting from the Games icon, the sign on to Xbox fails. Tells me"Sorry not sure what happened". Even though the
    sign on was successful through the Games screen.

    I tried to install the Microsoft Solitaire collection on my new Win8 laptop. It shows on my start screen, but won't run. I uninstalled from the start screen, and tried to re-install from the store.
