    Microsoft Solitaire Events not available on windows 10 mobile


    I have Microsoft Solitaire both on my desktop and on my windows mobile. But while on desktop events are available to play, on mobile it's not even an option. The "events box" doesn't show up at all.

    My mobile is Lumia 930, with windows 10.

    I have searched but haven't found another issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire a number of times. It doesn't help. I even downloaded the app troubleshooter from the Store but it won't open on my mobile device.

    I am changing to an Android tablet, with premium will I still get the events as well as challenges?

    Are solitair events available on Android as well as Microsoft accounts?

    We need the following information to properly isolate your concern?

    1. Are you referring to FreeCell in Microsoft Solitaire Collection?

    2. Would you like to reset all scores in all your games on Windows 10?

    3. Are you using a Windows 10 PC or a Windows 10 mobile device?

    Why is it I get higher rankings on 16 hard games then 16 easy games in the events

    windows 10, microsoft solitaire event, todays easy event rank 18th, nov 10th rank 6th, I'm guessing I'm able to beat those using a program on the harder games only

    Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know the issue is with the Day event for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. We've seen a few threads concerning issues with Microsoft Solitaire, so It may be a current issue as mentioned above. (We haven't gotten
    a full report on it)
