Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't connect online

I recently changed my primary email (I kept my old email for now, but plan on ultimately deleting it). Now when I open the Solitaire Collection I get an Xbox dialog that gives welcomes me back and gives me the option of switching my account or clicking on "Let's Play." This is new since I changed my email address, but doesn't stop me from choosing to proceed (by clicking on "Let's Play").

Once the game opens, the top right corner shows a red "x" next to my username. When I hover over it, I get a message that "You are not connected to the Xbox Live service, so your program is not being saved in the cloud. Click here to try to reconnect to Xbox Live." When I click on that, I get a message "There is a problem communicating with the Xbox Live service. If the problem persists please visit https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=808235." I can go to this site and log in, but it doesn't help with connecting the Microsoft Solitaire collection.

This is happening on multiple computers, and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with changing my Microsoft login. Any suggestions? I enjoy the game, but really rely on the cloud storage since I use a variety of computers.

I have the exact same error and the same primary email change. Any resolution on this? Oddly I can log into MS Solitaire just fine on my phone. Thanks for any help.

I have had this problem for weeks now. I talked with the Zen desk and spent an hour on the phone but still the same problem. What are we going to do the correct this??
