Microsoft Solitaire Collection White Screen Fix per Mister Maka

This is what I had to do to reset game after weeks of experimenting and frustration with 'White Screen' (ads not loading) making it impossible to play challenges and tournaments. Sometimes it would show me playing a tournament for
nine hours even though I may have only played less than two hours. This process opened my Microsoft 'Edge' browser in Windows 10. So far, so good even though I am still getting 'corrupt file' notifications. Thanks Mister Maka

1. Left click 'start' button

2. Scroll down to settings

3. Type 'apps' into search window

4. Left click 'Default Apps settings'

5. Left click 'Apps & Features'

6. On right side of window scroll down to 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' & left click

7. Click 'Advanced options'

8. Next screen you will see 'reset' button and left click

9. After you have reset, when you go back to game you will need to close the choose which game prompt to reload past game performance

I'm having a problem also with Microsoft Solitaire collection. Game screen is white, has been going on for past two days

Glad to hear this worked out for you, thanks a ton for leaving a post for others can see the fix as well. Super odd that you're still getting a corrupt file notification though. Do you run into any issues once that notification goes away?
