    I share a computer with a family member and have found an error in the timing:

    1st user plays, say 15 games out of 30; logs off.

    2nd user then login plays maybe 15 games out of 30; logs off

    1st user login in completes the rest of their own event.

    Time accumulated equals both users not individual user.

    I've just purchased a new laptop. It was preloaded with Microsoft Solitaire Collection, however I no longer have the World Tour Events option. Can you let me know how to add the World Tour??

    Not able to connect to internet

    I just contacted Microsoft support and the techie helped me solve my problem with the following steps:

    1. Press Windows button + R on your keyboard


    2. On the run box type MSRESET

    3. Wait for it to show Microsoft Store


    4. Then close everything and restart your computer


    I am now able to play the Solitaire World Tour Event in Microsoft Solitaire Collection!

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    You can change the AI difficulty in the Event List, but not in World Tour.
