    Microsoft Solitaire Collection runs on my laptop with no problems, signin works and app runs. However, I can't get the app to run on my ipnhone 13 pro. I removed the app, went to the store to re=install and it just says open instead of get. When I do open, it does, but when I try to signin, I get error 101 - no internet connection. I do have internet cause I can get email, search web and all. Very frustrating. Can anyone please offer a fix for this on my iphone. Thank you so very much!

    I finally got mine working! Go into settings vpn and shut it off. You also might need to shut off wifi and then reconnect to it. I removed the app and reloaded it, just to be safe. I also downloaded Xbox app to iPhone then signed out if it and back in. Then I was finally able to connect to MSSC. Shut off my cell a couple of times too. But, if you do that, be sure to check vpn again. Once you get MSSC to connect, it doesn’t matter whether vpn is on or not. It will still work. Good luck! It Brought all my stats back too.

    I am having the same problem with Microsoft Solitaire. Each time I attempt to start Solitaire, an ERROR about downloading game 101 is reported.

    Failed corrections

    1 reboot iPhone

    2 reloaded App

    3 switched from WiFi to cell data

    None of these have worked.
