Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition only on one device

I've subscribed to Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition on my laptop. On my second device, my work desktop, it used to come in as premium, but for the last couple of weeks, the version on my desktop, although it shows my correct identity and all
my levels are correct, it is asking me to pay again for Premium Edition Benefits. Shouldn't I enjoy those benefits on both devices without paying twice?

I even attempted to pay a second time, but it came back with a "You've already paid, you not due until the renewal date" kind of message.

I tried searching the forums, and found other people with the same question, but the threads were all locked and answers were not posted, so it asked me to start a new thread. Somewhat annoying, but not as annoying as having those ads interrupting my solitaire
games.

So please help me. I want no ads on both machines again. What have I done that resulted in this frustrating situation?

Hey there! The best course of action, and probably not the answer you wanted to hear, would be to consult the official Microsoft Casual games support. https://microsoftcasualgames.com/casualsuite/support/default.htm

They should get back to you pretty quickly, they'd be able to look at your account and troubleshoot more properly than we can here. At the bottom of their support site page, there's a 'contact us' button that should open up your email browser instantly.

I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

According to the game support: “ Please note: Premium Subscriptions are valid only for the game and operation system on which it was purchased. For example, if you purchased Premium for Microsoft Solitaire on your Windows computer – it will only be valid for Microsoft Solitaire on devices that run Windows. It will not be valid on mobile devices that run iOS or Android, and it will not be valid for any other Microsoft Casual Game beyond Microsoft Solitaire Collection.”

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

When you first logged into Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it created a GamerTag/Username to be associated with the Microsoft Account used when opening Microsoft Solitaire Collection. This is used to track your progress(score, badges, achievements, etc).
This GamerTag is generated randomly and may be changed(1 time for free) if you wish to do so.

A 1 week free trial of Premium Edition is given when you first sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The Premium Edition grants access to bonus exp, coins, tournaments etc, as well as Ad-Free. At the end of the free trial, you are given the option to
purchase the Premium Edition subscription or continue to play free, without the Premium features.
