    Microsoft solitaire collection not recognizing internet connections


    I have the Solitaire Connection on my Windows 10 desktop, my iPad and my iPhone. Today, all three devices give me the message in the Event box that "Internet connection required" and I cannot access the event. On the iPad and iPhone, my xBox user is logged in for all other solitaire activity. On the desktop, I am not unable to sign in to my xBox account; when attempted, it gives me a link to a useless web page containing no relevant information. I am posting this message wile the Solitaire page is saying there is no internet connection.

    I have shut down and restarted all three devices twice, with no effect on the problem.

    What do I need to do to be able to log in on the three devices?

    First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live

    If you were correct, all devices should have consistent issues, but they don’t. Also, iPhone least access to events two days before iPad. Further, I would not experience the issues if I were on cellular data or another network, but I do.

    I'll suggest you reach out to your network provider and ask them to open these ports for you

    Usually, there is a list of ports that is used by Xbox Live, which is this:

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.
