MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION - Não funciona parcialmente.[Translation-MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE...

Caro MASTER,

1. A Colecção de Jogos em referência, deixou de funcionar apenas no jogo individual do "MICROSOFT MAHJONG";
2. A partir da altura em que fizeram a alteração do "Office 365", mudando-o para o "MICROSOFT 365", dia 21.04.2020, o "Mahjong" mudou de configuração geral e não funciona, caindo sobre ele uma tela em branco,
   que diz "REDIMENSIONA A JANELA PARA RETOMAR O JOGO" e não passa dali, bloqueando o jogo;
3. Não se conhece que janela é essa, nem informa como, deixando de se ter acesso a este jogo;
4. Nessa altura observou-se que a imagem desse jogo foi alterada, em que o "icon" era o habitual da imagem de três cartas
   ==>>um "King", uma "Queen" e um "Joker"
   ==>> e passou a ser apenas uma carta o "ÁS" de espadas. O tabuleiro do jogo passou a ter outro arranjo, onde numa coluna direita tem as informações de estatísticas e comandos. Elementos esses, que, anteriormente, a essa alteração
   estavam do lado esquerdo do restante tabuleiro para movimentar as pedras japonesas;
5. Este jogo instalado NÃO FUNCIONA.

• Com este mesmo jogo já tinha tido outro bloqueio no dia 20 de Janeiro último, que esteve também inoperacional durante dias e tal como a anomalia apareceu, também, automaticamente, desapareceu, sem qualquer minha intervenção;
• Correu bem até agora e voltou a ser impedido.
• Agradeço a intervenção dos vossos serviços de SUPORTE e resolvam tal anomalia, pois isto tem a ver com a instalação de nova versão com "bugg" de erro, impedindo os clientes de utilizar tal função do aplicativo Microsoft.
