    Microsoft Solitaire Collection: June progress is gone


    My June progress is totally gone. Days 1 through 13 were gone when I opened the games to play yesterday. I played them again, but progress is already gone.

    Hi Ron,

    I tried the above mentioned steps and it didn't work. It appears that Microsoft has lost June's data for at least some logins. Let us know if you come up with any other suggestions.

    Please try to uninstall the game first then log out of your account, log back into your account after that and try to reinstall the game.

    Normally, this should load up your original game data. If this doesn't sort out the issue, I would highly recommend reporting it to the game developer using this link for further advice, https://microsoftcasualgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-....

    They will need to do an investigation into this situation since other players are experiencing the same issue.
