Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Jackpot - Coins Keep Disappearing

When using Microsoft Solitaire Collection and playing Microsoft Jackpot. I keep getting message "Your local coin balances have been syn'd with the cloud. A session of Microsoft Jackpot on another device has changed your coin balance ..... ??? "

Also, this name "" has appeared under an Xbox account ... How did I get an Xbox account???

Disappearing Coins...Microsoft Jackpot

I am beyond frustrated with Microsoft Jackpot, on 1-19-17 I purchased 150,000 coins for $24.99 played for a few mins and the game crashed. When I logged back in all my coins were gone, I get an error message about my internet connection and not being able
to save my coins to the cloud. My internet connection is fine, I try the "try Again" button nothing happens. To my mind this is blatant stealing. I have tried all the support people and keep getting told you need to call this person or that person. So
far no one is able to help at all. I am pretty much done with anything Microsoft/Xbox. I would at the very least like a total refund of the $24.99 plus tax refunded but I was told they can't do that. Any suggestions for where to turn next would be helpful.

It seems like you might be signed in to more than one device with your MSA (Microsoft account) email. To avoid those issues, you might consider signing out of all devices, then restarting a game session on just one device.

I actually cannot connect to ANY of the games today - Bingo, Jackpot, Mahjong, or Solitaire collection. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

About three weeks ago I started seeing a window in Microsoft Jackpot that stated my coin balance could not be sync'd with the cloud and to check my internet connection. I use the cloud coin saving feature because I play Microsoft Jackpot on a few different
machines. I do not have nor due I experience bad or intermittent connections to the internet on any of the computers I play Microsoft Jackpot on. This has to be a cloud storage problem that occurred when one of the windows 10 updates came down the line. All
the PC's I play Microsoft Jackpot on are running windows 10. All of the updates have been installed and verified. This has to be a Microsoft software glitch as I see it has happened to too many users on too many different machines. I have lost 126,000 coins,
my five day bonus of 1,000 coins and the ability to bank any new coins I get, But.......... Life goes on !!

It is doing the same thing on the Microsoft jackpot game also. I tried to get into get my daily 1000 for the day and I could not get it. I would hope somebody would fix this soon. all my coins that I had over 1 million play coins are gone also. now I cannot
even play my Microsoft jackpot game. I really hope this problem will soon be fixed
