    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Internet Connection Problem


    Hi For several weeks I have been having problems with Solitaire running on a Windows 10 Lap-top. Sometimes, when I moved a card, action would "freeze" for several seconds, then complete and then the App would crash.

    Yesterday morning I decided to reinstall the App. Following this I get two different errors. I have tried running the Apps troubleshooter, I have reset the App several times, I have used the wsreset.exe several times but I am no longer able to play the
    App.

    Error 1 - sometimes after I have reinstalled I get the "Premium" version. This signs me in, using my Xbox ID, but all my playing history is "lost".

    Error 2 - when I get the "non-premium" version after reinstall, I get msg "syncing data" at top right of screen, followed by pop-up window in middle of my screen saying that I have had an "Internet Connection Problem" with error code 121003. My PC then freezes,
    and I have to resort to a manual power off/on to get my system back. On one occasion, I did nothing and 30 mins later, the system sprang back to live!

    When I sign in to my Xbox account, I can see that all my play history is still there.

    Any solutions would be much appreciated!!

    Looking through this forum there are 3, now 4 people suffering the some problems with Microsoft Sudoku. I have not been apply to sign in for the last 30 hours.

    The message is 'unable to connect to Xbox server check your internet connection'.

    I am able to connect to the Internet, Solitaire Collection and Mahjong.

    There must be a problem at Microsoft Cloud.

    Have spent several hours with support techies from Microsoft and Xbox, but problem still persists. Would appreciate a response from anyone who has successfully recovered from similar problem. Thanks

    Already done that. I spent over an hour with a techie, following which he recommended that I post it on a community forum to see if I could get a fix. Not very impressed!
