    Microsoft Solitaire collection freezes when loading iOS 12.5.7


    I'm using the Microsoft Solitaire collection on an older iPad (iPad Air, Model Number MD785LL/A, 16 GB) running iOS 12.5.7 (the latest OS that it supports). It freezes when opening the app. This just started happening. It stops with a blank blue screen and then returns to the home screen.

    I have tried restarting the iPad.

    I have tried resetting the iPad and restoring from a backup. The symptoms do not change.

    I tried putting the iPad into Airplane Mode. That did not change the problem.

    hi. i would keep checking for updates. hopefully it wont bee much longer until microsoft get a fix out for it .

    hi. im mel and i am an independent advisor. unfortunately since the latest update there has been an issue for multiple users with the game loading. you could try deleting the app and the reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue. if not we hope microsoft release a fix for it asap.

    Thanks for your response. I did try deleting the app and reinstalling it. It still hangs when loading.
