    Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not fully download and run.


    I have an issue with Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It appears to not fully download, it shows 39M when downloading, where the app info in the store shows about 60M.

    When the download has finished and play is pressed it shows the Microsoft Solitaire Collection front page and does not load the app.

    This happens on 2 computers, one running Win 10 and the other running Win 11. As the issue is the same on both computers I am assuming the issue is with the Microsoft Acct settings or a corrupt file.

    I have tried all the listed solutions and also had the local computer repair shop have a look, all to no joy. The only way I can see is deleting the Acct and recreating, but this would lose any and all of the Outlook mail associated with the account.

    Any help would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately since the last update the solitaire collection has encountered a bug and a number of users are experiencing the same issues. The only solution someone has found so far was to uninstall the store, reinstall it and then download the game again, however this does not work for everyone. Hopefully Microsoft will fix the issue soon. Have a lovely day and do let me know if there is any further assistance you require.
