I understand you're having difficulties with the grandmaster difficulty in Solitaire collection.

Win a game in that difficulty is always hard and you need to use the cards carefully.

Is this happening with a daily challenge?

I'd suggest you make a post
here asking about the difficulty settings, maybe someone can help.

Same. I got one at 100% and still locked in Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Met the requirements today, a couple hours ago.

I finally reinstalled it from the Microsoft Store after I also started getting connection problems.

The re-install fixed both problems.

(Sound level of the played cards has dramatically decreased, though.)
