Microsoft Solitaire Collection connection issues

Up to a couple of days ago, the game was running fine on both PC and Android phone. Both connecting to internet via 802.11 g wifi. But all of a sudden the game on both say - unable to connect to internet so have to play offline.

Everything else on both devices still work on internet.

I plugged ethernet cable into PC - and the game worked fine - letting me connect to Events and Daily challenges - so correctly seeing the internet, but Events leaderboards no longer see any of my xbox friends scores.

I then tried using a different wifi dongle - connecting using 802.11 ac - so a much faster connection... and the game connects fine... but same issue with Event Leaderboards. Change back to slower wifi - and offline play only possible.

I have installed the game on a 2nd pc - and am getting the same results when use those connections - not working on 802.11 g or slower but fine with faster wifi and ethernet connections.

Sadly - phone does not have a faster connection.

Questions:

1 - Has the game been changed to require faster connections or has something else happened to both devices at the same time?

2 - Has the way it works with xbox friends changed? or are the 2 issues actually related?

Microsoft solitaire Collection plays all adds but will not load the game. message on screen is-( we are having some trouble connecting to the internet to download Microsoft solitaire collection data)

Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

Hello

100Mbps down / 20 Mbps up fibre connection to house

Using speedtest.net - devices show pings of 11-16 ms over all tests

Wifi speeds are showing as 30Mbps for g, and 100mbps for ac

on pc - I have changed the wifi to ac - so its no longer an issue.

But still can not connect on Android phone.

And still see none of my friends event scores in game - used to see them fine. This seems to be happening to all my friends - only able to see own scores when look at 'friends' tab - no friends show. Looking back through previous events - I can not see
friends scores even in events where previously I could see their scores.
