Microsoft Solitaire Collection Account Synchronisation problem

Hi,

I've played this game for a few years now on my PC (win 8.1) and collected 226 stars.

2 days ago, I decided to try it on my phone (android 8.0.0). When I logged in with my account, it synced but made big errors concerning my stars. It only shows 65... and for some of them, I didn't even played the level on my PC.

Here are the screenshots of my Star Club.

Can you fix this problem ? It would be great.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my problem is not about the synchronisation between Win8.1 and 10 but between Win8.1 and android.
