microsoft solitaire and majong games

Has anyone else had trouble. This has been going for a week now. When games are loaded, they crash before the ads generally.

Very debilitating playing the round the world game.

There are good periods, so I am wondering if the NBN is dicky during peak periods, or if microsoft games have issues.

I have the same issue with all the microsoft games (solitaire, minesweeper, majong and sudoku)

 

Unable to connect to daily challenge with Microsoft Puzzle

Connects fine with Solitaire and Majong but not with Puzzle

 

I have much the same issue it also freezes then disappears before ads or when claiming rewards for games and it has been going on for a week. not to do with NBN as I am with Telstra. thinking maybe something to do with cloud or large ad files.

 

I have same problem on solitaire & majong games, it must be Microsoft fault because other games no problems.Microsoft should look into why it happens.. They are responsible for servicing customers but they seem not to do that.

 

I am experiencing exactly the same problem at the moment. It is happening with Solitaire, Mahjong and Word Games. Funnily enough it doesn't happen with Sudoku which doesn't play ads! The 'Microsoft Casual Games' ad (horrible ad) has never played properly
for months - it plays for a few seconds, freezes for some secs plays again for a few seconds, freezes and then totally drops out into the game - WTF!!?? It makes it extremely difficult playing the Events in Solitaire or even to finish one of the daily challenges
in Mahjong, Solitaire of MUWG. I've restarted the PC to no avail. I had formed the opinion that it is entirely due to the ads not playing nicely. How does one even refer this issue to tech support?
