Microsoft solitaire and mahjong have ceased loading

I am experiencing the same issue, has any of the above solved the problem?

• One common reason why these games may not load is that they need to be updated from the Microsoft Store. You can check for updates by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the Store app and then selecting Downloads & Updates
  
• Another possible cause is that there is a problem with the game files or settings. You can try to reset or repair the games by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Mahjong > Advanced Options > Reset or Repair. Restart your PC after doing this and see if it helps.
  
• If resetting or repairing does not work, you can also try to uninstall and reinstall the games from the Microsoft Store. To uninstall, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Mahjong > Uninstall. I am having same issues where Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong comes up with blue screen and does not load.

microsoft solitaire and mahjong including daily challenges and jigsaw. In fact none of them will load. It goes as far as Play Now and thne the thing that spins but then nothing
