    Microsoft Solitair Collections.


    A couple of months back there was a problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collections/ Xbox. The game couldn't be access for about a week or so. When it was fixed I could access my game on my Microsoft laptop automatically however I could not access the game
    on my iPad and it was asking me to login on Xbox live.com. Unfortunately to recent major health issues now cannot remember passwords, days , dates times etc. I would really appreciate some advise on how I can fix this please.

    Also Recently I purchased a new Windows 10 laptop and downloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection as my old laptop has died. I have Premier edition on both of my devises however the new window is asking me to upgrade again on the new windows whereas my old
    subscription on my dead windows has about 10 months premier subscription on it and now cannot be used. I would have thought that if I transferred to a new Windows laptop with the same Microsoft login account it would just change over. Again some advice would
    be appreciated.

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
