I have the free version. No problems yesterday but cannot sign in today No problems with account as have managed to post this thread. Why is it happening????

I normally play Klondike Solitaire without problems but for some reason I can no longer do so. Can you help please

Let's have you try shutting down the app and restarting your PC, if that doesn't help please uninstall the app and re-download it from the Windows Store app. Let us know how it goes

 

I log out restarted pc no help. how do I uninstall. Thanks for the help

 

I have something similar. I can't access Microsoft Sudoku any more, or Solitaire - it just hangs. I always played these games without signing into Xbox (it worked fine yesterday), but today, nothing. So I decided to create an Xbox account - and when I do
say, it says I've set the account up, and when I click on "Next" I just get a page saying this:

So I guess Microsoft is broken at the moment?

 

I had already done all those things - restart, re-install, checked for new drivers.

Mostly no improvement, although it did work for one night after the latest re-install. Now, nothing again.

It doesn't make sense to re-install every day. Microsoft, what are you doing? This is obviously your problem.

 

I have been playing the Solitaire Collection for a long time - sometimes on my desktop, sometimes on my Surface. Whatever challenges I completed on one showed up on the other. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 on my desktop and got the new Solitaire Collection
there, that is no longer the case. If I do something on my Surface, it will show up on my desktop. But if I do it on the desktop, the Surface doesn't know about it.

 

I've had something similar over the last couple of weeks.

I have Microsoft: Solitaire, Mahjong, Sudoku, Jigsaw and Minesweeper.

All but the first two still work alright but recently the first two have started to cut out.

I suspect that it's something to do with our Xbox accounts as, apart from the first two, I have no games statistics to save. This would explain why these games are alright and the other two, which do have statistics aren't working.
