Microsoft Soliataire Collection, lousy timing

How hard it can be for Microsoft to provide players timing that is correct?

I have been playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection, laptop WIN10, and the timing is lousy!

I just finished tournament, I should have finished it with in first 10..but the exellent timing says I used nearly 8h to finish the games!

I started the tournament last night, played 26 of 30 games, used less than 1h for that.

Now I played the last game, took merely few minutes, but the system allege that I have used nearly 8h and my position is 50!



What a joke, big (biggest?) software company in the world and you are not able to make this timing working, this in not first time I am complaining about this and I am not the only person complaining.

Step up and DO something!!

Timing issues on Microsoft Solitaire Collection

It did it again .. I played eight "one star" games in approximately 8 minutes, and it shows I took 1:58:32. Frustrating!

 

Timing issues on Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Has anyone else noticed a timing error in the Microsoft Solitaire games? While this is certainly not "a matter affecting national security" it can be annoying.

Program Fix: It would seem the issue can be fixed by setting all games to begin timing once the player makes the first game move. This is how FreeCell works.

What happens: I was playing Klondike Game #4 (1/5/18) and clicked on "Play." The system gave me a common warning regarding difficulty connecting to the internet, then went back to the home screen. I reconnected around 5 minutes later, played the game (in
a good time), yet when it told me how long the game took, it had added the 5 minutes I was off-line.

Just curious if anyone else has had this or similar issues.
