    What region are you in? I havent had a problem at all the past few weeks, but have been seeing tons of these post. Sucks some people are catching problems

    Come on mate, you wont get told off for being honest! 😂 They'll lose customers if it keeps happening, it's been like this for two days now. I still couldnt install my lost apps from yesterdays crash. 👍

    These things happen. Just one of the obstacles that online services have to overcome. Microsoft have a good track record for accounts not being compromised. keep an eye on the status page for info on the alert https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-live-status

    i think this customer service is a bit slack! perhaps i will have to take this up with microsoft over the phone and with my internet service provider.
