Microsoft sign in

My fiancé is trying to login to his Microsoft account. A pop up comes up and says “let’s get you signed In” it has his email, and then another option to use a different account. The continue button is greyed out and won’t work. He clicks his email, then the entire thing disappears. All updates are done as well.
