Hi, my Xbox Wireless Headset has just randomly started cutting out when moving around which I found out that it is some kind of physical damage to the headset so I decided that because it is under warranty that I should just return/replace it but when I tried to do that when it got to the point of adding an address to the request when I click add a address it takes me to a Sorry, something went wrong page and every time I try to submit a return it shows the same thing. I have attached what it says below, can anyone help me I need to return my headset ASAP, thanks.

But it's not under warranty, I'm paying Microsoft to replace the console...

If you've removed the internal hard drive from Xbox One, they will refuse it, as the console was not designed to be opened by the end user. The warranty will be null and void due to the attempted modification, I'm afraid.

Just to add my experience with the Microsoft repair centre, my console has been fixed twice, and both times I got my own console back, and they replaced the motherboard and dvd drive (so basically everything)

Ive emailed another company that reball cheaper and they say they return the exact console people send them so i might just go to them instead. Now i just need to be sure that the problem im having really is something that can only be fixed by a reball or
if its a problem with my tv or something.

I also have tried using different browsers such as Google Chrome, Bing and Microsoft Edge which came to the same conclusion.
