Microsoft scamming services

I have posted a few questions here in regards to a problem with a friends account, we discovered he can no longer play Microsoft games. after looking at the reviews for weeks we discovered other people that are having the same issue that Microsoft gaming services is not working and it doesn't let account connect to servers so the games are now unplayable. Now playing games that have been played for and have worked previously no longer work, so thank you Microsoft for scamming people out of money that they have spent on your games. This issue has been going on for months i have asked the community if they know anything and although the people here are amazing an helpful there is nothing in ways of a solution to this. Attempts to contact anyone who works for Microsoft has proven fruitless as the only thing that gets suggested to me is posting something here or the only other thing i can find to sort is this a phone call with someone which for me and my friend who has this issue is simply out of the question, as for both of us we are unable to do so.

So thank you Microsoft for being nothing but useless money hungry pigs, there is an issue that's been going on for moths and i cant even contact you about it and you haven't even acknowledge the issue or given anything in ways of a solution.

If anyone knows a way for me to email an actual human being to complain or get this fixed please let me know.

In fairness, the 2 previous topics you posted, you never followed up with the people who asked for more information so it's difficult to know if it's an issue that could have been resolved (most issues can be tracked down) or if it is 100% on MS's side

I'm sorry about this, unfortunately the easiest way to reach support directly is through the phone call. Another way though is by choosing chat with a gamer on the contact page and then ask the Gamer to escalate you to support.

The form you provided was for any abuse on the Microsoft services (such as Outlook.com, OneDrive etc..) but not for phone scams.

Phone scams are reported to other agencies outside of Microsoft corp. They then investigate and contact Microsoft whenever they need to.

But me personally would report the phone call. Mainly because, although they are not ringing you anymore, they could be ringing other people. Some people do fall for these scams. It is upsetting to see, but it does happen

Yes Scamming people by fraudulent and robbing their bank details and using xbox live as a service for these scams.

There is a problem with microsoft services. Also tried to contact my bank, they can't refund me. So basically microsoft scammed me out of 12$ since you can't refund me.
