Microsoft says "que full" when trying to download 360 games to Xbox One

Do you have an existing account that played 360 games before?

As a matter of fact, I have the code which indicates the game as per for xbox one not 360 though. It's clearly says Xbox One Full Game Download. I'm trying to attach the card to show you but getting error uploading photo!!
