    Microsoft says I don't own Minecraft despite migrating


    Back in 2021 I successfully migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft and have been playing on it. Ever since getting a new PC when I logged in it says I don't own Minecraft. I tried calling, but the virtual agent always fails to process my request.

    I am logging in with the right account and Minecraft Support no longer deals eith these types of issues because of the migration coming to an end.

    Nvm, I found out that someone stole my Microsoft Account and switched it to their email, but I've gotten access back to it now. Thanks anyway though.

    What I had to do was say I don't have access to my account anymore, which involved giving my live device ID, gamertag, name and date of birth and postcode of places I often played my device on.
