Microsoft says I don't own Minecraft 2 years after I bought it. What do I do?

I bought Minecraft about two years ago, when the migration happened I migrated with no issues and for a long time, I had no issues. Then about a month ago I try to log in and it says that I need parental consent to log in. I am using Lunar Client and find that you need parental consent for a minor account. I also know that once a minor account hits the age of 13 you can change the age manually. unfortunately the account I migrated my account to was a very young one and I cannot change the age for a while. The big problem is I went to the Minecraft website to try to see if there is a faster way to fix it and now the site says that I do not own Minecraft. I go to the default launcher and it says the same thing. I have tried everything I can but still cannot figure out why I don't seem to own Minecraft anymore.

Please, open the Microsoft Store on your computer.

Then, click on Library > Games.

On the far right corner, click on the drop-down menu and uncheck "Show only installed Apps".

From there, locate the completed game purchase or the redeemed code and click on the image. It will direct you to the next page. On that next page, please get the URL or the link so I can check the version of the game you've purchased.

If the purchase is not showing under your account, the purchase may be on a different account. If you have used a card to purchase the game, here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Ask your household members if they have them on their account. If there's none, proceed below to investigate.

2. Sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

3. Under "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?", click Investigate. (Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.)

4. A pop-up window will appear on the right pane. Select the card where the charge is occurring. If the card is not listed, you can add the card where the charge is coming from. This will display all transactions made with this payment method, including those from another user on their own account. Locate and click on the transaction that matches the amount on your card to view more details.

5. If the transaction is linked to a different account, you’ll see a partially hidden email address. Check if you recognize it, or ask others in your household if it looks familiar. If it turns out to be your account, please use that account to access the game. If you can’t access the account, try resetting the password or recovering it. You’ll need to use that email address to submit an account recovery request at the following link: https://account.live.com/acsr
