Microsoft Robbed my blind

Just found £30 from my account has disapeared, only to be told it expired and i should have known this by reading the xbox page or xbox news, errrrr no i dont read any of them so expect the money to be in my account where i left it.

If money expires why not have something flash up as you log on stating if you don't use this in the next week, 7 days, 6 days, 5 days etc it will be gone, instead it just goes and you are left wondering where your money has gone. Infact why should it expire
anyway its my ******* money !!!!!!!

Microsoft you cannot just expire money in peoples accounts, its like the perfect robbery. can you resolve this or am i off to by a PS4 and leave you robbing gits to it.

BEING ROBBED BLIND BY MICROSOFT

I have paid to have ads removed from "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" but they still keep appearing. How can I get them to stop. I feel like I have been robbed of my money. I just don't know where to go for help. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE. !!!!!

GameStop Trade-Ins truly are a Rip-Off....

I robbed Ebgames blind trading in my secondhand ps3 and secondhand ps3 games for store credit. It can go either way.

if your £30 have been added to your account by using a msp codecard this will expire after 1year.

spending your funds would have used expiring amounts at first

support.xbox.com/.../microsoft-points-retire-faq

im pretty sure this was stated on System when they changed it from msp to currency

"Any Microsoft Points you had remaining in your Microsoft account have been retired, and we’ve added to your Microsoft account an amount in your local currency equal to or greater than the Xbox stores’ value of your Microsoft Points. This value we added
is promotional and will remain in your Microsoft account through June 1, 2015. "

I just had $25 disappear from my account. I was under the impression this would not happen till a year from now.

before you quote it, you should read it completly
