    So recently bought borderlands 3 ultimate edition on xbox one x. Find out shortly into it i cant play with anyone, the whole reason I got the game is to play it with my friends. But sadly the game on xbox one x consoles has a major bug that no one wants
    to fix. It will force shutdown your console on you. Try to join a friend or random person, nope it shuts down your console want a a friend from one s to join you? Nope force shutdown your console. When trying to get a refund for the game because of this game
    breaking glitch that has the power to possibly break your console aswell. Instead of getting the refund i got a slap in the face by a guy named Tokir from the Microsoft team who replied with this [I'm
    following up on your refund request. We're really sorry we can't give you a refund.

    Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding.]

    so wont refund me because I started the game up... like seriously? You guys are willing to mass refund cyberpunk because its glitchy but still playable
    and bl3 for one x is harmful to the console but thats okay, no warning on the store about it either. Only found out from Google and reddit an many other forums that it only happens on the one x's and has been an issue since release yet Microsoft still sells
    it and sees no problem with selling game thats harmful to the console, like idk maybe either fix the issue or remove/block people using one x from buying it so that they don't get a harmful game/half a game.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a repair. With accessory repairs like controllers, most times it is a new controller. With the Elite they may try and fix the one you returned or exchange for new one. One great thing
    about repairs is all things are tracked, so if in the event you do get a different item. Which is very rare, you can always get it taken care of to get what you sent in. As there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking this thread.

    So I just wanted to say I agree with the "guy named Tokir" sadly the refund policies can't be changed for individual customers, but my Borderlands 3 on Xbox One Series X plays just fine. And I've been playing with my friends from Xbox One and Xbox One S
    alike. The glitch or bug you're talking about it a problem from the Game Developer side. Maybe try to report a bug to them and tell them this and they will fix it! Or, you could always try to reinstall the game, as it helped me with the same issue, only for
    other games.

    I'm very terribly sorry for these problems you're experiencing and I hope you'll be roaming the vast wastelands of Borderlands 3 with us soon.

    phone or Chat agents would not direct you to the boards if you tried to describe your issue instead of starting with insulting everyone.

    live rewards is handled by 3rd Party because it was created by 3rd Party, MS is only Sponsor as everything happens within their System.
