on 11/12/17 I added 10$ in bitcoin to my Microsoft account after hours of waiting for the balance to show it never appeared I contacted support was told to give it some more time days went by i contacted Microsoft again was told to provide them with the
blockchain URL to confirm payment i provided Microsoft with this information was told it would be escalated to level 3 support and that I would get an email or phone call from support its been to over two weeks no response from Microsoft had to call in today
to be told to wait again I need help Microsoft stole my bitcoin and are not offering any assistance as far as getting it back if anyone else has had a similar problem can you post and let me know what you've done to resolve it please

Adding Bitcoin as a payment method.

I have not been able to afford XBox live for some time now but recently discovered the couple dollars I left idle in my Bitcoin Wallet are worth almost $200 hundred now. Did some googling and seen this (https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/13942/microsoft-account-add-money-with-bitcoin)
stating than you can add bitcoin, However when I try I do not see the option for me to add Bitcoin where it should be. Was this option removed? or maybe not available in my country of Canada? Thanks for any assistance.

Hello, I have recently redeemed a $10 gift card on microsoft. I wanted to purchase Left 4 Dead. When i clicked on purchase I am told that I have no funds and that I should add a payment option. Idk what to do, could someone tell me whether I should actually
add a credit card or if I need to click on redeem bitcoin to actually buy the download?

^So is this another MS employee?Are they paying scrubs to attack people who have complaints?Sounds about right..Like I said...the content shows up on my hard drive in the system settings.However it does not show up in the system video player.The only way
I can see that the videos exist is by opening Xbox music.It shows up in the 'My content' section.There is a play all button but if I push it I go right to the subscription screen where I must pay for a subscription before I can view my stuff.If I refuse all
I get is 10 second previews of my own purchases.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a repair. With accessory repairs like controllers, most times it is a new controller. With the Elite they may try and fix the one you returned or exchange for new one. One great thing
about repairs is all things are tracked, so if in the event you do get a different item. Which is very rare, you can always get it taken care of to get what you sent in. As there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking this thread.

So I just wanted to say I agree with the "guy named Tokir" sadly the refund policies can't be changed for individual customers, but my Borderlands 3 on Xbox One Series X plays just fine. And I've been playing with my friends from Xbox One and Xbox One S
alike. The glitch or bug you're talking about it a problem from the Game Developer side. Maybe try to report a bug to them and tell them this and they will fix it! Or, you could always try to reinstall the game, as it helped me with the same issue, only for
other games.

I'm very terribly sorry for these problems you're experiencing and I hope you'll be roaming the vast wastelands of Borderlands 3 with us soon.
