microsoft rewars not redeeming

Discus and support microsoft rewars not redeeming in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; its been 2 months since this problem started.     its been 2 months since this problem started. When i want to redeem a reward it shows an error everytime. Any tips?

    If you always get an error or declined redemption can be that your account is flagged due to you broke rewards terms of use.

    Used my points to redeem the Xbox Game Pass about a week ago, and I still haven't got it :(

    You will need to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support. That is the only way to get support for their program. Xbox Rewards is a separate program and their support cannot assist with Microsoft Rewars.

    Are you in the U.S.A? Xbox rewards is being re-branded as Microsoft rewards so try searching for that? If you're outside the U.S it may not be available in your country.
