    Microsoft rewards was refunded


    Hello, I spent my point on two different $5 Microsoft point it was deposit but then I saw that the money disappeared. So today on July 1 I decided to check what happened to the money so I check my order history and I saw on June 15 xbox live reward deposit
    $10.25 was refunded.

    Please help

    I got refunded for a game that I paid for in Xbox Rewards deposit and the refund was not paid to my Microsoft account... now it is missing they suggested contacting you guys:

    So I am out this deposit now... As the refund is missing in action.

    Xbox Rewards refunded?

    Rewards deposits are shown on the billing site as a refund to your account, not taken away from your account. If your transactions do not show you using the funds, or it does show some funds being removed, you will need to contact Xbox support and speak
    to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support The Rewards program does not have access to those funds once they have been deposited.

    You've kind of combined two different things. Did you use Microsoft Rewards points for an Xbox gift card or did you redeem gems from the Xbox Rewards program for rewards credits?

    If the refund is showing on Sign in to your Microsoft account, that means you had that currency added to your account.

    yes, they were deposit and then refunded so now I don't have the $10.25 that I should be having on my account

    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can find where the funds went. Once credits are deposited, they are out of the rewards programs hands. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You can see your deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they are listed as a refund with a negative amount on June 17th. For any issues with billing, you would
    have to reach out to Xbox Support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support).

    Incorrectly billed and reward points not registered.

    For the issue with the refund, you'll want to try replying to the email you received stating the refund was rejected in order to contact the refund specialists. Regular support no longer have authorization to handle refunds.

    For the Microsoft Rewards issue, you would have to continue working with Microsoft Rewards support.

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     that's showing those credits being deposited into your account.
    yes, they were deposit and then refunded so now I don't have the $10.25 that I should be having on my account
