Microsoft Rewards - Triple Feature Mission - Did Not Received Credit

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once we fully catch up to all the missing data, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience
caused by this delay. We see that we have received and processed your purchases, and the Rewards are now pending in your account.

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items and completing achievements, plus an extra
bonus for completing all of the steps).

For example, this month's featured monthly mission would be the Apocalypse Rewards offer. Since you have only done the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, which is a recurring offer and not a featured monthly mission, you have not completed this MyChallenge.

FREEdom Rewards is not a featured monthly mission.

Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

The two months for £2 offer has expired, it is no longer available on the dashboard, that is why you are not seeing the offer as it was a limited time availability.

The Triple Play Offer that you spoke of was also an offer that was available on the Rewards site, if you have not received these points by now, it either means you did not complete the offer requirements(which required ALL three to be completed, not just
one!) or there was a problem whilst crediting them to your account. I received my Triple Play points on the 30th April, please check
http://rewards.xbox.com/ to find out if the Triple Play points were ever credited to your account, or pending. It should appear as Triple Play Offer – 300 Microsoft Points ARV £2.35
