    Microsoft Rewards Top 10 Punch card Broken


    Since Microsoft Rewards Custome Support isn't responding to me, I will ask my

    question here because I get much quicker replies. I have completed the Top 10 punchcard but it will not give me my 500 points. Because of this, I can't claim my 2000 from the August monthly bonus round because it requires the top 10 to be finished. Here is a picture:

    As you can see it says 2 out of 2 complete. Any help on how to fix this. I don't want to miss out on my 2.5k points.

    Ye I downloaded Fable Anniversary and got two achievements from that game, but it didn't trigger the punch card. I then downloaded Mass Effect Andromeda and played the multiplayer training, got the achievement and only after doing that did it trigger the punch card.

    Its all just a bit hit and miss

    Oh wow, I haven't even received any actual help yet. My response was this in a nutshell: "I would like to request more time to fetch your account details." It's been four days since he has said this and still nothing. I have also tried what they told you but that doesn't work either. They better extend the time on the punchcards until they fix it or just give the points to us if we show visual proof.

    I've contacted them on Monday and they have still not replied. Would you know how long it usually takes for them to reply? I can't expect it would belong because a small number of people would have problems with Microsoft rewards.

    Edit: they replied to the email of the Microsoft account and not the email they asked the response to go to. Although still no help was received.
