Microsoft Rewards suspension error

Hi, so my Xbox Rewards was fine, I'm even been approved in the Insider program for Alpha for a while, yet for some odd reason my Microsoft Rewards was suspended last year according to Xbox Support, neither do they know why, they told me to post in the forums. Basically
this need's looking into, I'm even in the Ambassador program.

Oddly Xbox Support told me they can't do anything about it, they told me to post here. The only reason why I noticed this issue is because I downloaded the Xbox One Microsoft rewards beta app via the insider program to begin testing and yet I can't. They
claim it started around 2017, there shouldn't be any reason for this to even exist.

Hi,

Unfortunately I unintentionally broke the rules of Microsoft rewards and have been suspended due to an unintentional breakage of rules due to a chrome extension. But an Xbox support member said I can make another account. Then i got told i can only have
1 account to keep and they both end up getting banned. I would really love to use Microsoft rewards again as this is what creates Xbox the outstanding choice of console compared to any other.

You will need to contact customer support
for the Microsoft Rewards pogram. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist since that is a separate program.

 

Just sent it through. seems like I've been running in circles to try get this sorted, it's strange that Xbox support told me to post help on the Xbox rewards support, now I'm being told to check elsewhere.

 

Since Xbox support doesn't handle either program. They don't have correct information regarding them.

 

Yep seems like it, just have to wait for reply from them via email.
